To my Twin Flame
Since I was born with my soulmate, I’m on a quest to find my twin flame. More correctly, I’m just waiting for the saudade to end—someone who will end my inside longing — yearning for the unity of my lost self.
People say it’s a seek game, but I’m not actively playing it. Now, I believe the right person will come along while I’m outgrowing my past. I genuinely wanted to remain in Europe; I was hopeful about my stay in Budapest for a more extended period, experiencing all the attractions and places I hadn’t seen there, and landing a professional job. Perhaps I didn’t try my best to secure a job; I should have used different platforms to hunt for employment. I applied to more than 30 places through LinkedIn; some just ghosted me, and the rest rejected me. It was discouraging when I had yet to receive at least an offer for a job interview in Hungary. I have several areas for improvement, such as a lack of language knowledge. I’m not fluent in any additional foreign languages besides English and need to improve at articulating myself verbally. It is a pity that I majored in communication but can’t fully externalize my inner self verbally. I had an intuition that my future spouse would be a foreigner. That’s why I wanted to remain in a foreign place without relatives or blood ties to oppose interracial marriage or build high boundaries that are hard to break.
Maybe I’ll find you again in three or five years, and you’ll know we’re each other’s other half unhesitatingly. Regarding the definition of Twin Flame, this relationship is karmic, and there is usually a debt to pay in this lifetime with the Twin Flame. But karma isn’t about retaliation for evil deeds; it could be the redemption of goodness. We’ll instigate each other’s soul healing, reconciliation, and connection. Let’s find each other when we’re at our best selves—the prime time of our career and personal growth—then create life and fill each other’s emptiness.
This song's verses best define my current state and the oath I made for you. Next time, I'll never let you out of my reach.
I would never fall in love again until I found the right one
I said I would never fall, unless it’s you I fall into
I was lost within the darkness, but then I found him
Until I found you
